Caravan Servicing

Caravan servicing is a big part of maintaining a road worthy Caravan safe for travelling the open roads.

Ideally servicing your caravan should take place annually or approximately every 10,000km, sometimes maybe even sooner depending on the terrain you have ventured through ie. water crossings, dirt roads, beaches etc. These fine particles can and do get through the rubber seals and into the grease which can cause havoc to the integrity of the bearings.

At JSV Tech, servicing your Caravan includes :

  • Bearing grease removed and repacked, we check the bearings for any damages and replace if required

  • Brakes checked, adjusted and tested
  • Break away battery tested
  • Grease all nipples
  • Tyre and wheel inspection
  • Hand brake adjustment and test

  • Chassis integrity, fatigue and stress point inspection

  • Test and inspect all external traffic lights
